Travel Fees (Varsity and Selected JV ONLY)

Trip Fees

Only remit these fees if you are a member of the Varsity team or you are an invited JV member. All other members do not need to pay Trip Fees.

Other Payment Options

Other payment options that do not incur additional fees include sending in a check or paying via Zelle. To make payments via these methods, please remit payment via the following schedule using the instructions below.

Fee Payment Schedule

  • November Payment (11/13) Varsity - $200 JV - $200 Alternates - $200

  • January Payment (1/7) Varsity - $200 JV - $175 Alternates - $100

  • February Payment (2/13) Varsity - $150 JV - $100 Alternates - n/a unless moved to a full position

  • March Payment (3/7) Varsity - $150 JV - n/a Alternates - n/a unless moved to a full position


Trip Payment Schedule

  • Payment #1 (12/12)` All Travelers - $200

  • Payment #2 (1/23) All Travelers - $100

  • Payment #3 (2/27) All Travelers - $100


Instructions for payment

  1. Send a check in with your student to be placed in the safe in the Directors' office in the Band Hall, payable to GOHSBBA, include the student's name on the memo line; or

  2. Zelle to finance@grandoaksband.org, include the student's name in the memo line.


If you wish to receive invoices/reminders 1 week prior to the fee due dates, please email Aimee, GOHSBBA Treasurer, at finance@grandoaksband.org; include your student's name, your name, an email where you will receive and open invoices (to be sent via Quickbooks Online) and a cell phone number where you can be reached with payment questions in your email. These invoices will also include a ~3-4% service charge if paid using Quickbook's credit card processor.
