2024 Band/Guard Banquet and Senior Celebration

Boosters would like to remind all parents that Banquet is a family event and not a Booster chaperoned event. Anyone purchasing tickets to the event is responsible for their/their student's behavior that night AND individuals under the age of 21 are NOT allowed to reserve rooms at this venue. Thank you for your understanding.

2024 GOHS Band & Color Guard Banquet

Location:   Margaritaville Lake Resort Conference Center

Date:   Friday, April 26th, 2024

Check-in:  6:30 pm - 7:00 pm  

Dinner & Awards:  7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dance:  9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Guests:  Student, Date, Parents/Family

Ticket Price: $60 each

Attire:   Party Chic

Tickets are available to Band & Color Guard students who are in good financial standing with the Band Booster association, one guest/date and the student’s parent(s)/family.  Each person attending banquet must purchase a ticket.*  

The dinner will be a 3-course plated meal as follows:  First course: Organic Greens Salad;  Second course: Oven Roasted Chicken with Au Gratin Potatoes and Oven Roasted Parmesan Asparagus;  Third course: Dessert.  Dinner will be served with Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls with Butter along with Water, Iced Tea, Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee.  

If a vegetarian meal is required, please select that option when ordering below.

Banquet is a family event, not a chaperoned Band event.  Families will be responsible for their behavior and that of their children while at the banquet; there are no chaperones working banquet.

*All attendees must purchase tickets, including your Band/Guard student.  A Banquet ticket is NOT included in Fairshare fees.

How to Order Banquet Tickets

NOTE: If you have a credit on your CHARMS account (overpayment of Fairshare or GO Flags credit) email Pam (cotreasurer@grandoaksband.org) to discuss your total amount due before submitting payment. Overpayments due to requesting and then not applying your GO Flags credit will result in that credit rolling over to next year's Fairshare.

*Tickets will NOT be sold at the event.

Parents of Seniors: You may bring an optional Senior photo board to display for your graduating student. Click HERE  for details and to reserve a space for your display.

*Please note that any ticket purchases made by ineligible students will be returned/refunded minus any service charges incurred.  If you are uncertain regarding you eligibility, please reach out to finance@grandoaksband.org before paying for tickets (ineligibility includes past due Booster fees and/or missing uniforms sent to School Cash Online for replacement fees).

Discounted Rooms at Margaritaville

Margaritaville has set aside a limited number of discounted rooms for our Band and Guard families! The discount is only good for Friday night, April 26, and must be reserved by April 22. These will go fast, and we won't be able to get any additional discounted rooms, so please order as soon as you can.
