2023 Meal Plan Sign Ups Have Closed

The Marching Season Meal Plan is an option for students who wish to receive a hot meal in advance of each game from one of our partnering restaurants (Chick-fil-A, Subway, and Raising Cane's in 2023). There is a fixed cost per student due in advance of the first game. The deadline for submission of meal plan requests is Wedensday, August 9th. The cost for the 2023 Marching Season meal plan will be $125, covering every game and every contest (including finals meals).
Meal Plan participation is voluntary and is NOT included in the Fairshare payment. All students must complete the meal plan order form and indicate if they will or will not participate in the Meal Plan. If you have multiple students in Band and/or Color Guard, complete one form per student. Students who do not enroll in the Meal Plan will need to provide their own food before every football game and for marching competitions.

Check payable to GOHSBBA, with your child's name on the memo line, dropped in the safe in the Band Hall
Zelle to finance@grandoaksband.org with your child's name in the memo line
Via CHARMS/PayPal
Login to your student's CHARMS account
