Meal Plan enrollment is ALMOST OPEN for the 2025 marching season. If you have questions, please email hospitality@grandoaksband.org.
The Marching Season Meal Plan is an option for students who wish to receive a hot meal in advance of each game from one of our partnering restaurants (Chick-fil-A, Jason's Deli, and Raising Cane's in 2024). There is a fixed cost per student due in advance of the first game, that cost is $125.
Please note:
The deadline for submission of meal plan requests is August 5th.
The meal plan will cover every game and 1-2 meals at every marching contest (we will let you know what is and isn't covered before every competition).
Meal Plan participation is voluntary and is NOT included in the Fairshare payment.
If you have multiple students in Band and/or Color Guard, be certain to order a plan for each child.
Students who do not enroll in the Meal Plan will need to provide their own food before every football game and for marching competitions.
Important - fine print - please read:
Our payment processing partner, Zeffy, will add a "tip" to your order to offset their operating costs, you can edit or delete that tip prior to checking out. GOHSBBA is not responsible for any tip added/charged to your card when you check out. Meal Plans can only be refunded if a student withdraws from the program and that refund, issued by Zelle or check will be prorated to cover the cost of any meals already served. If you sign your child up after the deadline mentioned above (with GOHSBBA's permission), it will be at the full $125, as we cannot easily prorate the fee via this platform.
