2024 Meal Plan Signup is Closed


Meal Plan enrollment is closed for the 2024 marching season.  If you have questions, please email hospitality@grandoaksband.org.



The Marching Season Meal Plan is an option for students who wish to receive a hot meal in advance of each game from one of our partnering restaurants (Chick-fil-A, Jason's Deli, and Raising Cane's in 2024). There is a fixed cost per student due in advance of the first game. The deadline for submission of meal plan requests is Wednesday, August 14th. The cost for the 2024 Marching Season meal plan will be $125, covering every game and every marching contest.

Meal Plan participation is voluntary and is NOT included in the Fairshare payment.  All students must complete the meal plan order form and indicate if they will or will not participate in the Meal Plan.  If you have multiple students in Band and/or Color Guard, complete one form per student.  Students who do not enroll in the Meal Plan will need to provide their own food before every football game and for marching competitions.   

If you do not follow the instructions above re: student names, we may not be able apply your payment to your child's account.
