Raise funds and purchase personal property and services to be used by students and faculty at Grand Oaks High School
Provide volunteers for educational and/or extracurricular activities
Engage in other charitable, civic, or educational activities that will contribute to the public education of the community
Public Meetings
The Booster association holds at least two public meetings throughout the school year. Meetings dates and times will be in your google/SportsYou calendar.

2024-25 Open Committee Positions
Spirit Crew Members: Coordinates Senior Night, Poster Making Events for Marching Shows, Winter Guard shows and helps decorate for other fun events throughout the year
Registration Committee: Will help register incoming Freshmen into our program as well as attend registration events that are held during the school year. This job is mostly done during May and July.
Spirit Night Coordinator: Will set up Spirit Night events throughout the year. Will also work closely with Hospitality to set up Kona Ice or other food vendor events during Marching season.
Old Prop/Gear Sales Coordinator: Will work closely with Directors, Uniform Lead and Treasurer to organize and inventory old marching uniform gear and props in order to re-sell. Will determine prices and websites to advertise with Directors. Will take pictures, measurements and record any rips/tears or malfunctions with products. Will ship any items ordered or schedule pick up/delivery for larger props.
